Semi-Annual Meetings
Regular Meetings
TIPSS holds two regular meetings each year: in spring and in fall. These meetings are attended by owners or their designated representatives and provide opportunities to share information and ideas on a variety of topics, including but not limited to:
- Industry information
- Customer service
- Internal operations
- Marketing strategies
- Specialty niches
- Incentive programs
- Sales performance
- Financials
- Management consulting
- Staff/Temp training
Social activities are also organized for attendees during these meetings, as they are four (4) days long. The location varies and members take turns assuming host responsibilities in their own regions.
Special Sessions
Additional professional development and training opportunities are also made available on a less frequent basis for the management and in-house staff of member organizations. These special meetings provide a valuable forum for exchanging information on day-to-day internal operations and other topics.
